Return and Refund Policy

Global Institute on Sexual Terrorism strives to provide stellar products and services and only offers a refund under certain conditions. Before purchasing a digital product, buyers should insure that their device meets applications specifications.

GIOST issues refunds under the following conditions:

• The product can not be downloaded. However, the organization will first attempt to resolve the issue, so that the buyer can receive his/her digital product. In the event that the buyer's equipment does not meet the application's requirements, GIOST will not provide a refund. Instead, the organization will send the material in a  format to meet the user's computer specifications.
